Composition of anticorrosive metal film of high energy efficiency, comprising: 100 ∼ 160 parts by weight of metal powder comprising 70 ∼ 100 parts by weight of an aluminum alloy and 30 ∼ 60 parts by weight of aluminum, with an average size 5 ~ 10 mm particle; 35 ∼ 60 parts by weight of a first sol-gel resin comprising 20 ∼ 30 parts by weight of zirconium tetra-nbutanolate, 10 ∼ 20 parts by weight of zirconium butoxide, and 5 ∼ 10 parts by weight of titanate titanate isopropyl; 130 ∼ 190 parts by weight of a second sol-gel resin, 30 ∼ 50 parts by weight of tri- (3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl) isocyanurate, 50 ∼ 70 parts by weight of gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and 50 ∼ 70 parts in weight of n-phenylgamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane; and 60-90 parts by weight of a solvent. |
