A process for preparing a Passiflora alata plant extract, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: a) subjecting Passiflora alata plant leaves to an extraction with water to obtain an aqueous extract; b) subjecting the aqueous extract obtained in (a) to at least one elution with a hydroalcoholic solution in a chromatographic column filled with a resin consisting of polyvinylpyrrolidone or polystyrene polymers; c) concentrate and spray dry the extract obtained in (b). |
