Transgenic mice of the cgamma gene of human immunoglobulins class G |
abstract |
Transgenic mouse characterized by comprising an IgH locus modified by the replacement of the Sμ switching sequence by all or part of a transgene consisting of the Cμ gene of a human G-class immunoglobulin, including at least the exon coding for the CH3 domain and the membrane exons m1 and m2, and because it produces antibodies that are mostly chimeric IgG whose heavy chain constant domains are of human origin. |
