A forming sheet (1) comprising a substrate (2), at least one ink layer (3) partially formed on the substrate, and a formed surface layer (5) that is present on and in contact with the ink layer (3) to cover the entire surface including both a region where the ink layer is formed (3) and a region where the ink layer is not formed (3), wherein the shaped surface layer (5) is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, and has a convex shape on a surface thereof which is located in a portion just above the ink layer (3) and in the vicinity of the portion, characterized in that the ink contains a non-crosslinked urethane resin. |
