abstract |
A multilayer coextrusion film that generates and releases gaseous sulfur dioxide, comprising between 40.0% and 99.9% by weight of a low density polyethylene polymer and at least 0.1% by weight of a salt which generates and releases gaseous sulfur dioxide, characterized in that the multilayer coextrusion film includes the following combined layers: - an inner film layer of low density polyethylene; - an intermediate layer; and - an outer layer; wherein the salt that generates and releases gaseous sulfur dioxide has particles with a size of 1 to less than 16 μm in the intermediate layer and 16 to 80 μm in the external layer. |
