| abstract |
Method for diagnosing cancer in a sample of a subject potentially affected by this disease, which consists of: a) contacting the sample with an antibody that specifically binds to the epitope characterized by SEQ ID NO 1 of a BRAF polypeptide under conditions that allow the binding of said antibody to the epitope; and b) determine the binding of the antibody to the epitope, by which the cancer is diagnosed, said antibody being the one deposited with the accession number DSM ACC 3091. |
