titleOfInvention | Cosmetic compositions containing a starch phosphate and a cationic polymer, and their uses |
abstract | Cosmetic composition, characterized in that it comprises, in a cosmetically acceptable medium: - at least one surface-active agent selected from anionic, nonionic, amphoteric, cationic surface-active agents, and mixtures thereof; - at least one starch phosphate, and - at least one non-silicone cationic polymer selected from: (2) cationic celluloses, (5) polyaminoamide derivatives resulting from the condensation of polyalkylene polyamines with polycarboxylic acids followed by alkoylation by bifunctional agents, (7) alkyl-diallyl-amine or dialkyl-diallyl-ammonium cyclopolymers, with the exception of the copolymer of diallyldimethylammonium chloride and acrylamide, (8) quaternary diammonium polymers comprising recurring units responding to the formula: in which: R13, R14, R15 and R16, identical or different, represent aliphatic, alicyclic or arylaliphatic radicals containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms or lower hydroxyalkylaliphatic radicals, or else R13, R14 , R15 and R16, together or separately, constitute, with the nitrogen atoms to which they are attached, heterocycles that eventually contain a second heteroatom different from nitrogen, or R13, R14, R15 and R16 represent a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl radical substituted with a nitrile, ester, acyl, amide or -COO- R17-D or -CO-NH-R17- group. D where R17 is an alkylene and D a quaternary ammonium group; A1 and B1 represent polymethylene groups containing from 2 to 20 carbon atoms that can be linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, and that can contain, attached to or intercalated in the main chain, one or more aromatic rings, or one or more oxygen, sulfur atoms or sulfoxide, sulfone, disulfide, amino, alkylamino, hydroxyl, quaternary ammonium, ureido, amide or ester groups, and X- denotes an anion derived from a mineral or organic acid; A1, R13 and R15 can form with the two nitrogen atoms to which they are attached a piperazine ring; moreover, if A1 designates a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkylene or hydroxyalkylene radical, B1 can also designate a (CH2)n-CO-D-OC-(CH2)n group in which D designates: a) a glycol radical of formula: -OZO-, in which Z designates a linear or branched hydrocarbon radical or a group that responds to one of the following formulas: -(CH2-CH2-O)x-CH2-CH2- -[CH2-CH( CH3)-O]y-CH2-CH(CH3)- where x and y designate an integer from 1 to 4, representing a single, defined degree of polymerization or any number from 1 to 4 representing a degree of polymerization means, medium; b) a bis-secondary diamine moiety, such as a piperazine derivative; c) a bis-primary diamine radical of the formula: -NH-Y-NH-, in which Y denotes a linear or branched hydrocarbon radical, or alternatively the bivalent radical -CH2-CH2-S-S-CH2-CH2-; d) a ureylene group of the formula: -NH-CO-NH-; (10) quaternary polymers of vinylpyrrolidone and vinylimidazole, (12) crosslinked or uncrosslinked polymers of methacryloyloxy(C1-C4)alkyltri(C1-C4)alkylammonium salts. |
