abstract | Method for detecting the presence of a truncated p95ErbB2 receptor, using a matrix, said method comprising: (a) incubating a cell extract with a plurality of specific beads for an extracellular domain (DEC) binding region of an ErbB2 receptor (HER) -2) full length and incubating said cell extract with a plurality of catpura antibodies, wherein said plurality of capture antibodies is specific for an intracellular domain-binding region (DIC) of said truncated receptor and wherein said plurality of capture antibodies is immobilized on a solid support in the matrix forming a plurality of captured truncated receptors, (b) incubating the plurality of truncated receptors captured with specific detection antibodies for corresponding truncated receptors forming a plurality of detectable truncated receptors. , (c) incubate the plurality of detectable captured truncated receptors s with a first and second members of a signal amplification pair to generate an amplified signal, and (d) detect the amplified signal generated from the first and second members of the signal amplification pair. |
