abstract A method for preparing a thin polymeric structure having a functional substance on the face (surface A) and on the back face (surface B) of the film, said polymeric structure being obtained by the steps of: (a) adsorbing polyfunctional molecules in a first soluble support film in an arbitrary manner at an interface between a first substrate body and a liquid phase; (b) polymerize and / or cross-link the polyfunctional molecules that are adsorbed to form a polymeric thin film; (c) bonding a functional substance to the surface A of the thin film formed and then; (d) exfoliate the thin film of the first substrate body by dissolving the first soluble support film with a solvent; (e) applying surface A of the exfoliated thin film on a second soluble support film formed in a second substrate body other than the first substrate body mentioned above; and (f) bonding to the surface B of the thin film a functional substance identical to or different from the aforementioned functional substance and then dissolving the second soluble support film with a solvent.
