abstract Multilayer packaging paper, in particular testliner paper, for the production of corrugated cardboard with a mass per unit area according to DIN EN ISO 536 of 100 to 200 g/m2 with a backing paper, which: - has a layer of base with a first mixture of substances with fibrous substances selected from group 1 in accordance with the European list of standardized qualities of recovered paper and cardboard according to the European standard of CEN EN 643:2001, specifically unclassified mixed recovered paper, mixed recovered paper classified, gray cardboard, recovered paper from department stores, recovered corrugated cardboard packaging, unsold magazines, unsold magazines without glue, telephone directories, mixed newspapers and magazines, articles for de-inking and combinations thereof, and group 4 according with the European list of standardized qualities of recovered paper and cardboard according to the European standard of CEN EN 643:2001, in particular new cardboard chips corrugated, namely unused kraft corrugated board, unused corrugated board, used kraft corrugated board, used kraft paper bags, used kraft paper bags with plastic-coated papers, unused kraft paper bags, unused kraft paper bags with plastic-coated papers, used kraft paper, unused kraft paper, unused kraft carry-out box and combinations thereof and the base layer has an elemental weight range preferably in the range between 50 and 180 g/m2 ; - presents a covering layer with a second mixture of substances with fibrous substances selected from group 2 in accordance with the European list of standardized qualities of recovered paper and cardboard according to the European standard of CEN EN 643:2001, specifically newspapers, non-newspapers sold, unsold newspapers, white shavings, lightly printed, flexographically not allowed, lightly printed white shavings without glue, heavily printed white shavings, heavily printed white shavings without glue, sorted recovered office paper, color records, wood-free white books, wood-free color magazines, carbonless papers, wood-free bleached PE-coated cardboard, other PE-coated cardboard, wood-containing continuous paper sheets and combinations thereof and group 3 according to the European list of standardized qualities of recovered paper and cardboard according to the European standard of CEN EN 643:2001, specifically mixed light colored printing chips, wood free mixed light colored printing chips, wood free bookbinder chips, white light printed wood free chips, white wood free minutes, white business forms, continuous paper sheets white woodfree, printed bleached sulphate card stock, light printed bleached sulphate card stock, multi-print, heavily printed white multi-layer card stock, light printed white multi-layer card stock, unprinted white multi-layer card stock, white newsprint, coated and uncoated paper white wood-containing coated, white wood-containing coated paper, white wood-free coated paper without glue, white chips, white wood-free chips, white uncoated wood-free chips, unprinted bleached sulfate paperboard, and combinations thereof and filler material and de-inked reclaimed paper pulp or CTMP; to generate a base paper with an elementary weight range of 100 to 200 g/m2 and a specific burst pressure according to ISO 2759 of 1.85 to 2.40 kPa * m2/g and a specific SCTtrans according to ISO 9895 from 12 to 18 kNm/kg and a Scott-Bond according to Tappi 569 from 160 to 320 J/m2 and a whiteness D65 according to ISO 2470-2 from 68 to 85% on the upper side of the covering layer; characterized in that the base paper at least on the upper side of the cover layer has a film press pigmentation with a coating weight of 3 to 10 g/m2, with a first coating color composition with a solids content from 30 to 70% and a percentage of synthetic binder from 5 to 30% with respect to a percentage of pigment, for the generation of multilayer packaging paper with an air permeability according to Bendtsen according to ISO 5636-3 standard of 50 at 150 ml/min, a Bendtsen roughness according to ISO 8791-2 from 150 to 500 ml/min and a D65 whiteness according to ISO 2470-2 from 68 to 85%.
