abstract A compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ** Formula ** wherein Ar1 is optionally substituted phenyl or monocyclic heteroaryl with 5 or 6 ring atoms, optionally substituted; Ar2 is optionally substituted phenyl, monocyclic heteroaryl with 5 or 6 ring atoms, optionally substituted, or fused bicyclic heteroaryl, with 5 or 6 ring atoms, optionally substituted; and Ar3 is a divalent radical selected from the group consisting of optionally substituted phenylene and monocyclic heteroarylene radicals, with 5 or 6 ring atoms in each fused ring, optionally substituted; and wherein any optional substituent on Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 is independently selected from chlorine, fluorine, bromine, cyclopropyl, methyl, mono-, di- or tri-methyl, trifluoromethyl, difluoromethyl, monofluoromethyl, methoxy, ethoxy, propoxy, butoxy, pentoxy, 2-methoxyethoxy, 2-benzyloxy-ethoxy, 2-hydroxy-ethoxy, mono-, di- or tri-fluoromethoxy, cyano, hydroxyl; -CO2R1 and -SO2R1, wherein R1 is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl; tetrazolyl; -NR2R3, -CH2NR2R3 and -C (> = O) NR2R3, wherein R2 and R3 are, independently, hydrogen, methyl or ethyl.
