titleOfInvention Non-shaped refractory material, procedure for producing a non-formed wet earth refractory material and use of the non-shaped refractory material
abstract Unconformed refractory material, comprising a. a refractory base component, and b. a binder component, in which the binder component, with respect to the material, contains b1. an acid component of at least one of the following materials: acid, salt and / or ester of an acid such as sulphonate, sulfate or carbonate, in a proportion of 1.5 to 6% by weight, b2. a basic component in the form of at least one of the following materials: urotropin, calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, in a proportion of 1 to 4% by weight, and that c. By adding 1 to 5% by weight of water, it acquires a lumpy consistency of moist soil and can be solidified according to an exothermic reaction of the binder component.
