A combination comprising: (i) a compound of the formula (II): ** Formula ** or salts or tautomers or N-oxides or solvates thereof; wherein Y is an alkylene chain or bond with a length of 1, 2 or 3 carbon atoms; R1 is a carbocyclic or heterocyclic group having 3 to 12 ring members, in which the carbocyclic or heterocyclic groups are not substituted or substituted with one or more R10 substituent groups; R2 is hydrogen or methyl; R3 is selected from non-aromatic carbocyclic and heterocyclic groups having 3 to 12 ring members, in which the carbocyclic or heterocyclic groups are not substituted or substituted with one or more R10 substituent groups; and R10 is selected from halogen, hydroxy, trifluoromethyl, cyano, nitro, carboxy, amino, mono- or di-hydrocarbonylamino C1-4, carbocyclic and heterocyclic groups having 3 to 12 ring members; a Ra-Rb group in which Ra is a bond, O, CO, X1C (X2), C (X2) X1, X1C (X2) X1, S, SO, SO2, NRc, SO2NRc or NRcSO2; and Rb is selected from hydrogen, carbocyclic and heterocyclic groups having 3 to 12 ring members, and a C1-8 alkyl group optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from hydroxy, oxo, halogen, cyano, nitro, carboxy, amino, mono- or di-hydrocarbonylamino C1-4, carbocyclic and heterocyclic groups having 3 to 12 ring members; Rc is selected from hydrogen and C1-4 hydrocarbyl; and X1 is O, S or NRc and X2 is> = O,> = S or> = NRc; and with the proviso that when the R10 substituent group comprises or includes a carbocyclic or heterocyclic group, said carbocyclic or heterocyclic group may not be substituted or may itself be substituted with one or more additional R10 substituent groups and in which (a) said additional R10 substituent groups include carbocyclic or heterocyclic groups, which are not themselves further substituted; or (b) said additional substituents do not include carbocyclic or heterocyclic groups but are nonetheless selected from the groups listed above in the definition of R10; and (ii) one or more additional therapeutic agents. |
