Antibiotic comprising an antibody mimetic and a colicin, or comprising an antibody mimetic and a channel-forming domain of a colicin, the antibody mimetic being covalently bound to the carboxyl end of the colicin polypeptide or the channel-forming domain of colicin, in which colicin is selected from the group consisting of colicin E1, the, lb, A, B, N; wherein said antibody mimetic is produced by fusing two complementarity determining regions (CDR), VHCDR1 and VLCDR3 through a VHFR2 related framework region of an immunoglobulin; in which the antibody mimetic specifically recognizes bacterial porins. |
