In vitro method for the analysis of the genetic predisposition of an individual to develop adverse effects related to non-metallic bioimplants implanted in the body, which comprises determining, in a biological sample of said individual, the presence of the HLA-B * 08 antigen of the complex greater histocompatibility; and where the presence of at least said antigen is indicative of genetic predisposition to develop said adverse effects. |
