The present invention relates to the specific silencing of α (alpha), β (beta), γ (gamma) and ω (omega) triglycer and flour gliadines by interfering RNA (RNAi) through the use of a polynucleotide that is transcribes to an hpRNA (hairpin RNA). In addition, the present invention also refers to a vector, cell, plant or seed comprising the polynucleotide, whose expression is specifically directed in specific tissues of wheat seeds by means of gene expression regulatory sequences such as, for example, the promoter of a γ-gliadin gene or the promoter of the gene that codes for a D-hordein. |
