abstract | Method of preparing an amperometric biosensor for the determination of lactate based on the enzyme lactate oxidase (LOD) comprising the following steps: dispersion of a biopolymer in organic solvent; preparation of mediator solution by adding a mediator and carbon nanotubes; preparation of enzymatic solution with at least the LOD enzyme; addition of the mediating and enzymatic solution on a disposable screen-printed platform; and drying of the biosensor. The biosensor obtained by this process, where the biopolymer is based on glucose and amylose polysaccharides with hydroxyl, amino, acetyl or carboxylic functional groups and also has glycosidic bonds, are also objects of the present invention. and its use in complex media such as embryonic cell media, food media or blood samples. |
