abstract Compound of the following general formula (I): R1-NH-CH (R2) -P (> = O) (OR3) -CH2-C (R4) (R5) -CONH-CH (R6) -COOR7 (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for which: - R1 represents a group -C (> = O) -OC (R8) (R9) -OC (> = O) -R10, in which - R8 and R9 represent, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, - and R10 represents an alkyl group, - R2 represents: - a linear or branched alkyl group, comprising 1 to 6 carbon atoms, - a phenyl group; - R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a group of the formula -C (R12) (R13) -OC (> = O) -R14, in which - R12 and R13 represent, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, - and R14 represents an alkyl group; - R5 represents a hydrogen atom and R4 represents: - a benzyl optionally substituted in the phenyl nucleus by: - 1 to 5 halogen atom (s) such as fluorine or bromine; - an OR15 or SR15 group, in which R15 represents a hydrogen atom, a benzyl group or a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched hydrocarbon chain, comprising from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; - an amino group; - a CF3 group; - a phenyl group; or - a heteroaromatic ring of 5 or 6 links; - R4 and R5 together form, with the carbon that carries them: - a saturated hydrocarbon ring of 5 or 6 links; or - a piperidine ring, the nitrogen being in position 4 and possibly being substituted with: * a group -SO2-Ph; * a CF3 group; * a C1 to C4 alkyl group; * an acyl group from C1 to C4; * a phenyl or a benzyl optionally substituted by one or more halogen atom (s), a C1 to C4 alkyl group or a C1 to C4 alkoxy group; or * an aromatic heterocycle such as a pyridine or a pyrimidine, optionally substituted with a C1 to C4 alkyl group or a C1 to C4 alkoxy group; - R6 represents: - a linear or branched alkyl group, comprising from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and possibly substituted with: - an OR16 group, in which R16 represents a hydrogen atom, - R7 represents a radical selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a benzyl, a C2 to C4 alkyl, -CHR18-COOR19, -CHR18-OC (> = O) R19 and -CHR18-OC (> = O) OR19, in which R18 and R19 represent, independently of each other, an alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl, heteroalkyl, heteroaryl or heteroarylalkyl group.
