abstract Use of compounds derived from pyridazine salts [1 ', 6': 1,2] pyrido [3,4-b] indolinium as anti-inflammatory agents. # The present invention relates to compounds of the families of pyridazinopyridoindolinium salts, with pharmaceutical compositions containing them and with the use thereof as anti-inflammatory agents through the inhibition of the production of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-al) by monocytes and pro-inflammatory macrophages in mammals and in all diseases and conditions in which this mediator has elevated levels, such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive airways disease, psoriasis, allergic rhinitis, ankylosing spondylitis, suppurative hydradenitis, dermatitis and any other inflammatory state with high levels of TNF- {al}.
