Multiparticulate pantoprazole components with reduced release under gastric conditions and rapid release at neutral pH, in which each of said multiparticulate components comprises: a spheroid center containing, p / p based on the dry uncoated center, 25 to 30% of microcrystalline cellulose, 4-5% of polysorbate 80.14 to 16% of crospovidone, 0.5 to 2% of hypromellose 2208, to 8% of sodium carbonate and about 45% of sesquihydrated sodium pantoprazole; an initial sealing coating on the spheroid center and an enteric coating on the initial sealing coating. |
