A dry powder inhaler, comprising: a dose container disk (30) having opposite upper and lower primary surfaces and a plurality of circumferentially separated dry powder dose containers (30c) arranged in first and second concentric rows of different radii ; and an oscillating dual perforation mechanism (200) located adjacent to one of the upper or lower surfaces of the dose container disc and configured to sequentially open a dry powder dose container in the first row then open a dose container of dry powder in the second row. |
