abstract |
An NtHMA RNAi construct capable of inhibiting the expression of an NtHMA messenger RNA to which it corresponds by understanding or consisting of the construction: a first sequence having a sequence identity of at least 70% with a part of SEQ ID NO: 3 or 47; a second sequence; and a third sequence having an inverse complementary sequence of the first sequence, located in the same orientation as the first sequence, wherein the second sequence is located between the first sequence and the third sequence, and the second sequence is operably linked to the first sequence and the third sequence. |
