A compound of formula (I): ** Formula ** wherein R1 is a 9 or 10 membered bicyclic heteroaryl, wherein the 9 or 10 membered bicyclic heteroaryl contains from one to three heteroatoms independently selected from oxygen and nitrogen, and is optionally substituted by C1-6 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, halo or -CN; R2 is -NHCOR5, ** Formula ** or R3 is hydrogen or fluorine; R4 is hydrogen or methyl; R5 is C3-6 cycloalkyl optionally substituted with phenyl; 5- or 6-membered heterocyclyl, wherein the 5- or 6-membered heterocyclyl contains one or two heteroatoms independently selected from oxygen and nitrogen and is optionally substituted with one or two substituents independently selected from oxo, C1-6 alkyl, -OR6, -COR7, -CO2R8 and -SO2R9; phenyl optionally substituted with one or two substituents independently selected from C1-6 alkyl, -OR10, halo and -NR11R12 and phenyl optionally substituted with halo; -CH2-5- or 6-membered heteroaryl wherein the 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl contains one or two nitrogen atoms and is optionally substituted with C1-6 alkyl; pyrazine optionally substituted with -OR13; or 9 or 10-membered bicyclic heteroaryl in which the 9 or 10-membered bicyclic heteroaryl contains one or two nitrogen atoms; R6, R11, R12 and R13 are each independently hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; R7 and R9 are each independently C1-6 alkyl; R8 is hydrogen or - (CH2) mphenyl; R10 is C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted with one to three fluorine atoms; and m is 0, 1 or 2; or a salt thereof. |
