A threaded connection, characterized in that it comprises: a bolt element and a box element, while the bolt element has a first threaded portion adapted to match a second threaded portion of the box element; a first coating composition deposited on the threaded portion of at least the bolt or housing elements, comprising: a polymer selected from the group consisting of epoxies and polyimides; approximately 0.5 to 15% by weight of a perfluoropolyether; approximately between 5 and 15% by weight of at least one element among a corrosion inhibitor selected from the group consisting of a calcium zinc strontium orthophosphate silicate hydrate compound, a calcium calcium aluminum strontium orthophosphate Polyphosphate silicate hydrate, a zinc aluminum molybdenum orthophosphate hydrate, zinc unnithroisophthalate, and a zinc phosphomolibdate; and approximately 10 to 15% by weight of an adhesion additive comprising zinc oxide with an average diameter ranging from about 10 nm to about 10 mm, said zinc oxide is provided in an amount effective to promote adhesion of the first composition of coating the threaded portion; while the rest of the first composition is composed of the polymer and the percentage by weight of each component is based on the total weight of the first coating composition. |
