abstract | Powder resin with a melting point ranging between 60 and 110 ° C, preferably between 70 and 100 ° C and with a particle size of 10 to 250 µm, characterized in that it comprises the reaction product of a reactive composition comprising: a ) an isocyanate component comprising at least one polyisocyanate with a functionality of at least 2, preferably between 2 and 4 and more preferably between 2 and 3 b) an alcoholic component, preferably with an average OH functionality of 1.2 to 4, more preferably from 1.2 to 3, comprising: b.1) at least one polyol with an OH functionality between 2 and 4, preferably between 2 and 3, optionally bearing at least one ethylenic unsaturation, b.2) a monoalcohol component comprising: b.2.1) at least one monoalcohol, which bears at least one ethylenic unsaturation b.2.2) at least one saturated alcohol selected from: the group of fatty alcohols, preferably linear fatty alcohols having a length d and the chain between C12 and C26 and more preferably between C16 and C24 and optionally, b.2.3) at least one additional saturated monoalcohol, selected from the group of non-fatty monoalcohols, preferably of etherified or esterified polyalkylene glycols or polyols or of etherified or esterified polyether polyols , preferably diols, or alkanols of less than or equal to C10, the molar ratios of OH functional groups of said alcoholic components b2.2), b2.3) and b2.1) that are defined so that the molar ratio of OH of b2.2) /b2.1) or [b2.2 + b2.3] /b2.1) ranges from above 0.25 and 2 and preferably between 0.3 and 1.0, and with the condition of which: - said resulting powder resin carries at least one urethane unit with a branched structure resulting from the reaction of a polyisocyanate component a) with a polyol component b1), with said component a) having an average functionality greater than 2 or otherwise (if it is not greater than 2) with said component b1) having an average functionality greater than 2, and with - the resulting resin that has no crosslinked structure and that is soluble in at least one organic solvent. |
