The separation membrane (35) includes a plurality of nodes (5), and a plurality of fibrils (6) extending from the nodes (5), the fibrils (6) having a width smaller than the width of the nodes ( 5) so that, on the surface of the separation membrane (35), the area occupied by the fibrils (6) is larger than the area occupied by the nodes (5).
