abstract Composition for the analysis of glycosylated proteins comprising a protease and an enzyme that reacts with at least one glycosylated amino acid, characterized in that the protease is present together with at least 1) one selected from the group comprising deoxycholic acid, amide of deoxycholic acid, colic acid amide, octyl glycoside, quaternary ammonium salt, quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, concanavalin A, and betaine, and / or 2) ascorbic acid oxidase and a buffer agent that does not have a group 4 - (2-hydroxyethyl) -1-piperazinyl, wherein said enzyme that reacts, at a minimum, with a glycosylated amino acid, is fructosyl amino acid oxidase (FOD).
