Process for preparing water-soluble polyurethane (meth) acrylates, dilutable with water, characterized in that the (meth) polyurethane acrylates can be obtained by reacting the components (a) at least one oligomeric polyisocyanate with an average of at least three groups isocyanate, (c) at least one polyoxyalkylenemono-ol, (d) at least one (meth) hydroxyalkyl acrylate, (e) at least one polyoxyalkylene polyol based on an initiator molecule with at least three hydroxy functions, which has been partially reacted by esterification with (meth) acrylic acid so that an average of 0.2 to 1.5 still remains, preferably 0.3 to 1.3, and especially preferably 0.5 to 1.2 hydroxy functions, characterized because the reaction product has an NCO content of less than 0.5% by weight, and because the polyoxyalkylenemono-ol (c) contains at least 30 mol% of ethylene oxide units. |
