abstract | A composition for conditioning surfaces comprising a titanium phosphate compound and having a pH from 3 to 12, composition for conditioning surfaces which further comprises: - an amine compound represented by the following general formula (1): where, R1, R2, and R3 are each selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and which it has a polar group in its skeleton; and R1, R2, and R3 are not all a hydrogen atom, and - at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an aromatic organic acid, phenolic compounds having a phenolic hydroxyl group and a phenolic resin. |
