titleOfInvention Anti-fogged optics for endoscopic surgery and its mechanism of use
abstract Optics for endoscopic surgery, 5mm in diameter, around which two compartments between 2.1 and 2.3mm thick and between 170º and 180 ° in circumference are arranged, which will globally occupy almost the entire circumference of the optics in the entire length of it. These two compartments will preferably be covered with stainless steel, determining an upper and lower compartment with a single point of connection to each other at the end of the end of the optic. Through these compartments a sterile saline serum flow will be established at a temperature between 40 ° C and 50 ° C, avoiding the fogging of the optics tip by water vapor. # The upper compartment will have at least 3 holes to exit the serum and washing of the optics tip. The 3 holes will be covered by a stainless steel plate, movable by means of a lever to cover and uncover the holes of the upper compartment. # Between the lower compartment and the optics there is a superabsorbent sponge, attached to a spring with a resting angle of between 90 ° and 100 °, and this in turn attached to a stainless steel plate, movable by means of a lever to extract and hide the sponge. Once the sponge is removed, it takes the resting position angulation, thanks to the spring, and contacts the surface of the optic tip, cleaning and drying it.
