abstract |
A medical device comprising: a device body with an outer surface; a coating comprising one or more coating layers arranged on the surface; a poly (vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP); everolimus or zotarolimus; and dexamethasone acetate with 10% crystallinity or less as measured by x-ray crystallography, differential scanning calorimetry, solid state NMR, or IR analysis that was measured at the time of use; where the mass ratio of everolimus or zotarolimus and dexamethasone acetate is between 1: 2 and 1: 4; and the ratio of drug and polymer is between 1: 2.3 and 1: 4 in a reserve layer. |
