Binding agents to humanized anti-cd70 and their uses |
abstract |
An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to human CD70, which comprises a humanized heavy chain variable region comprising an amino acid sequence at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. .: 6, SEQ ID NO .: 14 or amino acids 20-137 of SEQ ID NO: 4 and a variable region of the humanized light chain comprising an amino acid sequence at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 24, wherein the variable region of the heavy chain comprises the Kabat CDRs of SEQ ID NO: 2 and the variable region of the light chain comprises the Kabat CDRs of SEQ ID NO: 22, wherein the antibody of the antigen-binding fragment thereof binds to CD70 with a dissociation constant (Kd) of less than 10-9M. |
