The present invention relates to an aptamer whose structure comprises at least one Guanine-Guanine-Cytosine? Adenine-Adenine / Guanine-Guanine-Guanine-Adenine nucleotide sequence, which is capable of specifically binding to the 5? UTR region of the genome of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1), providing the procedure for obtaining aptamers with said sequence by combining experimental techniques of in vitro selection of nucleic acids with computational sequence optimization techniques. Likewise, the invention protects a genetic construction of DNA to synthesize said aptamers, preferably of RNA. # The invention also refers to the different uses of the previous aptamer, including its use as a biosensor molecule to detect and / or quantify HIV -1, as an inhibitor of the production of HIV-1 viral particles, as well as its application in medicine, also protecting a method of treatment of a disease caused by HIV-1, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising said aptamer. |
