abstract This invention relates to new compounds with a hybrid pyridazinone-dithiocarbamate structure of general formula I, which are in vitro inhibitors of the growth or proliferation of cancer cells from solid tumors, and their use for the inhibition or prevention of lung, ovarian and uterine cancer. . These are 3(2H)-pyridazinone derivatives substituted at positions 2, 4, 5 and 6, which have dithiocarbamate fragments linked to position 6 through an alkyl chain of variable length. This invention also relates to the preparation of such compounds.
