abstract | Classification procedure of mineral matter, characterized in that said procedure implements the following steps: a) supply at least one mineral matter comprising dolomite, or talc, or titanium dioxide, or alumina, or kaolin, or calcium carbonate, 5 or its mixtures; b) supply at least one auxiliary classification additive (i) consisting of glycerol, in aqueous or pure form, or (ii) consisting of glycerol with one or more of the following agents: ethylene glycol, monopropylene glycol, triethylene glycol, an inorganic acid or an inorganic acid, formic or citric acid salt or a formic or citric acid salt, an organic polyacid or an organic polyacid salt, an alkanolamine, a poly (ethyleneimine), a polyalkylene glycol polymer of molecular weight by weight between 200 g / mol and 20,000 g / mol, preferably between 600 g / mol and 6,000 g / mol, a carbohydrate having an average square root of the turning radius equal to or less than the modal radius of the mineral matter, one or more polyglycerols, the agent or agents being in aqueous or pure form, or (iii) comprising one or more polyglycerols in the absence of glycerol. c) contacting, once or several times, the mineral matter of stage a) with the auxiliary classification additive of stage b) in one or more stages of dry crushing and / or dry mixing; d) carry out at least one stage of classification of the mineral matter obtained in stage c) in a gaseous environment, to obtain at least two fractional particles of different average particle sizes; e) possibly repeat steps c) and / or d) in all or part of the classified mineral matter resulting from stage d). |
