A method of diagnosing whether a subject has pancreatic cancer, which comprises: measuring the level of at least miR-106a in a test sample of the subject's pancreatic tissue, in which an increase in the level of miR-106a in the sample of Assay, in relation to the level of miR-106a in a control sample, is indicative that the subject has pancreatic cancer. |
