Three-dimensional matrix to replace the dermis composed of a monolayer or bilayer membrane, in which the part destined to replace the dermis is a porous structure comprising platelet factors, said matrix being characterized in that: - said pores have a diameter greater than 2 microns; - said platelet factors are contained in a preparation composed of a mixture of fibrin adhesive, platelet gel, thrombin; - said platelet gel and fibrin adhesive are formed inside the matrix "in situ". |
