abstract | A compound of formula (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, phenylalkyl, pyridinylalkyl, alkylpyrazylalkyl, carboxyalkyl, alkoxycarbonylalkyl, alkylaminocarbonylalkyl or oxethylaminocarbonylalkyl; R4 is halogen or alkoxy; R5 is halogen or alkoxy; R6 is hydrogen or halogen; R7 is hydrogen or halogen; and wherein R2 and R3 are a), b) or c) a) one of R2 and R3 is hydrogen and the other is selected from alkenyl and alkynyl; b) R2 and R3 are both alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl at the same time; c) R2 and R3 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, oxethyl or tetrahydropyranyl; and wherein the bond between Ca and Cb is a single bond or a double bond; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; with the proviso that 9,10-dimethoxy-8,8-dimethyl-5,8-dihydro-6H- [1, 3] dioxolo [4, 5-g] isoquin [3, 2-a] isoquinoline; 8, 8-diethyl-9, 10-dimethoxy-5, 8-dihydro-6H- [1, 3] dioxolo [4, 5-g] isoquin [3, 2-a] isoquinoline; 8,8-diethyl-9,10-dimethoxy-5,8,13,13-tetrahydro-6H- [1, 3] dioxolo [4, 5-g] isoquin [3, 2-a] isoquinoline; 8-allyl-9,10-dimethoxy-5, 8, 13, 13a-tetrahydro-6H [1, 3] dioxolo [4, 5-g] isoquin [3, 2-a] isoquinoline; 8-allyl-9, 10-dimethoxy-5, 8-dihydro-6H- [1, 3] dioxolo [4, 5-g] isoquin [3, 2a] isoquinoline; 9,10-dimethoxy-8-pent-4-enyl-5, 8-dihydro-6H- [1, 3] dioxolo [4, 5-g] isoquin [3, 2-a] isoquinoline and 9, 10 dimethoxy- 8,8-dimethyl-5, 8, 13, 13a-tetrahydro-6H- [1, 3] dioxolo [4, 5-g] isoquin [3, 2-a] isoquinoline are excluded. |
