An oil-in-water nanoemulsion comprising up to 40% by volume of an oil phase comprising at least 50% by volume of a triglyceride with a fatty acid chain length of 12 carbon atoms or greater; a non-ionic hydrophilic surfactant with a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) greater than 7; and an aqueous phase, in which the oil drops have an average intensity size of less than 100 nm and the ratio of surfactant and oil is less than 1: 1. |
