A fusion polypeptide, comprising in an N-terminal to C-terminal orientation: an immunoglobulin domain, in which the immunoglobulin domain is an Fc domain; a trimerization domain, in which the trimerization domain is a supercoiled trimerization domain selected from the group consisting of: a) an isoleucine zipper domain, b) TRAF2, c) Thrombospondin 1, d) Matriline-4, and ) CMP (Matrilina-1), f) HSF1, or g) Cubilina; and a receptor binding domain, in which the receptor binding domain is a receptor binding domain of the OX-40 ligand (L); wherein the fusion polypeptide assembles itself into a trimeric fusion protein. |
