abstract A compound represented by the formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where the symbols have the following meanings; Ring A is: [Chemical formula 6] X is a single bond, -CH2-, -NR3-, 10 -O-, -S-, -S (> = O) -, or -S (> = O2) -; R1 is halogen, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl (C3-C8), cycloalkenyl (C3-C8), heterocycloalkyl (C3-C8), or alkyl (C1-C6) or alkenyl (C2-C6), each of which can contain halogen, -CONH2, aryl or cycloalkyl (C3-C8), as a substituent; R2 is -CN, -O-(C1-C6) alkyl, -C (> = O) H, halogen or (C1-C6) alkyl which may be substituted with halogen or -OH; R3 is -H, where R3 can form morpholino, 1-pyrrolidinyl or 3,4-dehydropyperin-1-yl, together with R1 and nitrogen, where, when -X- is a single bond, R1 and R2 can form a combination 5-membered ring and also contain (C1-C6) alkyl as substituent; R4 is where any one of the R4 ring bonds is attached to the oxadiazole ring, R5 is -H; R0-C1-C6 alkyl -, R0-C1-C6 alkyl -O-, R0-C1-C6 alkyl-C (> = O) -, R0-C1-C6 alkyl -S ( > = O) 2-, R0-O-(C1-C6) alkyl -, R0-C (> = O) - (C1-C6) alkyl -, R0-S (> = O) 2-(C1-) alkyl C6) -, (C2-C6) alkenyl -, -C (> = O) H, -ORX, -S (> = O) 2RX, halogen,> = O, -NRXRY, -C (> = O) NRXRY ; where R0 is -CN, -C (> = O) NRX RY, -NHRX, -SRX, -S (> = O) 2RX and -ORX; RX and RY may be the same or different from each other, and are -H, or (C1-C6) alkyl which may be substituted with -OH, -NH2 which may be protected with a protective group or heteroaryl, where RX may form heterocycloalkyl ( C3-C8), together with RY or nitrogen.
