abstract Process for producing a compound of the formula I ** Formula ** where R1, R2, R3; independently of each other, they represent a) heteroaromatic compounds of the formula II ** Formula ** where (-XY-) represent * -CH-CH-CH-, * -Z-CH-CH-, * -CH-Z -CH-, * -CH-CH-Z-, * -CH-Z-, * -Z-CH- or * -ZZ-, where Z, respectively independently of each other, is selected from the group O, S , N, NH; so that an aromatic system, b) -OR4, results where R4 represents a straight or branched chain alkyl with 1-20 C atoms, a straight or branched alkenyl chain with 2-20 C atoms and one or several double bonds, a straight chain alkylated oramified with 2-20 C atoms and one or several triple bonds, a saturated cycloalkyl, partially or completely unsaturated with 3-24 C atoms, which can be substituted by alkyl groups with 1-6 C atoms, where R4 can be substituted by substituents such as -OR1, -NR1 2, -CN, -C (O) NR1 2, -COOR1, -C (> = O) R1, -SO2NR1. or aromatic compounds that may eventually be provided with common protecting groups, wherein one or more C atoms may be replaced by heteroatoms, wherein R1 represents H, C1- to C6 alkyl, C3 to C7 cycloalkyl, unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, c) -O-, characterized in that in a first stage phosphoryl chloride is reacted with a heteroaromatic compound containing N and in the following stages the aromatic compounds, possibly at least partially deformed, are replaced by compounds with OH functions.
