A method of preparing a pharmaceutical formulation characterized in that it comprises the steps of a. mix colloidal silicon dioxide and pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate together after sieving, b. add dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, glyceryl behenate, polymethacrylate, copovidone (depolyvinylpyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymer), microcrystalline cellulose to this powder mixture and mix the resulting mixture, c. add magnesium stearate to the mixture after sieving and mixing the resulting mixture for a short period of time, d. Compress the resulting mixture to give tablets or fill this powder mixture into capsules. |
