titleOfInvention | Amino acids of plant origin and production method |
abstract | Method for producing amino acids of plant origin using acid hydrolysis, characterized by the fact that it follows the following steps: i) the primary materials are arranged at the same time in the reactor: 20% corn gluten w / w wheat gluten 3,5 % w / w soybean meal 10.5% w / w hydrochloric acid 20% w / w water 46% w / w ii) the raw materials remain inside the reactor under conditions of continuous and constant agitation at a temperature ranging from 106º and 114º Celsius, under a pressure ranging between 3.5 and 4.5 at a time between 16 and 20 hours iii) the pH of the product is adjusted to 2.7-3.2. |
