abstract Device for assessing the state of oils. # The invention allows the state and quality of an oil to be fully automatically evaluated based on the quality parameters it deems appropriate and user of the device, for this purpose, it is constituted from an emitter (1 ) beam of light, which operates in the range of 190 nm to 1500 nm, and a receiver (2), which works in the same range, elements conveniently facing each other and properly separated, to leave a space between which is allowed to flow a sample of oil (3), which is crossed by a beam of light (4), with a specific wavelength. The transmitter and the receiver are associated with a control circuit provided with means for comparing the signal received by the receiver with a reference signal or threshold value, also having means for displaying the state of the oil from said comparison. The device thus described can be integrated into a section of pipe, through which it is intended to circulate oil.
