Process for the enantioselective addition of organozinic compounds to compounds derived from acetophenones. # High performance process for the preparation of compounds of formula (I) or a salt thereof, or any substantially pure enantiomeric form thereof, which comprises the addition nucleophilic of organozinic compounds of formula (Rz) {sub, 2} Zn to compounds of formula (II) in the presence of a compound of formula (III) that provides enantioselectivity to the addition reaction. The invention also includes compounds of formula (III) that allow obtaining said high yield while increasing enantioselectivity. |
