abstract | Adhesive label with water-insoluble support material which can be adhered to an object by means of an adhesive composition applied to the label and which can be removed from the object with a basic, aqueous washing liquid at temperatures greater than 25 °C, in which case the adhesive composition is an aqueous polymeric dispersion containing a) at least one dispersed acrylate copolymer, produced by free radical polymerization, water-insoluble, which is branched or crosslinked, has a glass transition temperature less than or equal to -20 °C and which is composed a1) by at least 60% by weight, based on the sum of the monomers, of main monomers selected from C1 to C20 alkyl acrylates and C1 to C20 alkyl methacrylates, a2) by 0.05 to 3 % by weight, based on the sum of the monomers, of at least one mono or dicarboxylic acid from C3 to C6 ethylenically unsaturated, copolymerizable and a3) in 0 to 39.95% by weight, based on the sum of the monomers, of other monomers than monomers a1 and a2, and b) at least one plasticizer; and in which case the branching or crosslinking of the acrylate copolymer is effected by a branching or crosslinking system, which is selected from (i) branching or crosslinking copolymerized monomers in an amount of 0.01 to 0.8% by weight, with respect to the sum of the monomers, which are selected from monomers with at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups, capable of free radical polymerization, and (ii) addition of at least one amino triazine compound. |
