abstract | A rubber composite material consisting of at least two layers of members comprising a rubber composition containing a sulfur-crosslinked diene-based rubber, wherein the difference in sulfur concentration between adjacent members of the rubber composite material described above it is 1.5 parts by mass or more, based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component in the rubber composition described above; wherein zinc oxide is mixed in an amount that satisfies the condition shown in the following equation (I), based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component in the rubber composition lowers sulfur concentration between adjacent members; and wherein an antioxidant and / or a compound of naphthoic hydrazide is mixed in an amount that satisfies the condition shown in the following equation (II), based on 100 mass parts of the rubber component in the low concentration sulfur rubber composition : amount of mixture (parts in mass) of zinc oxide in the low sulfur concentration rubber composition> Sb x 1.3 + (Sa-Sb) x 0.3 (I) (where Sa represents the amount of mixture (parts in mass) of sulfur in the high sulfur concentration rubber composition, and Sb represents the amount of mixture (parts in mass) of sulfur in the composition of low sulfur concentration) and amount of mixture (moles) of the antioxidant and / or the naphthoic hydrazide compound in the low sulfur concentration rubber composition> 0.005 + (Sa - Sb) / 2,000 (II) (where Sa and Sb represent the same contents as described in equation (I )). |
