Mesostructured carbon functionalized with amino groups, synthesis method and application in capture of CO {sub, 2}. # The present invention relates to a CO2 adsorbent material {sub, 2} obtainable from a synthesis process comprising functionalizing a mesostructured starting carbon having at least one pore system, said pores with sizes between 2 and 50 nm including both limits; a specific surface area equal to or greater than 200 m {sup, 2} / g and a pore volume equal to or greater than 0.5 cm {sup, 3} / g, with amino groups by incorporation into its structure of aminated organic molecules. Likewise, the present invention relates to the synthesis process itself for obtaining the adsorbent material of CO {sub, 2}, by functionalizing the surface of a mesostructured carbon such as that described with amino groups, as well as the application of the material in the selective capture of CO {sub, 2} in gaseous streams, by adsorption-desorption process. |
