abstract Compound of the general formula (I): in which: - R1 and R2 represent, independently of one another, a hydrogen atom, a C1-C20 alkyl radical, a C1-C20 acyl radical, being understood as long as one of the R1 or R2 substituents is a hydrogen atom, the other substituent is different from that of hydrogen; - Z1 and Z2 represent, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, at least one sugar selected from the group consisting of mannose, glucose, galactose being understood as long as one of the substituents Z1 or Z2 is a hydrogen atom, the other substituent be different from dehydrogen; - Q represents - OP (O) 2O -, - OCO2 -, NHCO2 -, NHCONH -; - Y represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl radical, a C1-C6 alkoxy radical - (CH2) n - OH where n is an integer equal to 1, 2 or 3, being understood as long as Y is a hydroxyl radical; and Z1 and Z2 do not represent the two groups of a hydrogen atom; -A represents - CH2 -; - X represents a hydrogen atom; - or A and X form a link to lead to a 6-link cycle in which - A represents a - CH-, - X represents a - CH2 -, - CH (OH) -, an oxygen atom, a -NR3 - in which R3 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl radical or a C1-C20 acyl radical, being understood as long as - A and X form a bond to lead to a 6-link cycle, - X> = - CH (OH) -, - Y> = - OH, and - Z1 and Z2 represent, independently of each other, at least one sugar selected from the group consisting of mannose, glucose and galactose the 6-member cycle has a myoinositol configuration with Z1 or Z2 in position 1 and represent, at least one sugar, knowing that "alkyl" refers to a carbonadolineal, branched or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated, optionally substituted radical, comprising 1 to 20 carbon atoms, knowing that "acyl" refers to a radical - COR- in which R- is an alkyl radical such and as defined above, knowing that "alkoxy" s e refers to a radical -OR- in which R- is an alkyl radical such and as defined above; or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts; knowing that "pharmaceutically acceptable salts" refers to salts prepared with acids or non-toxic bases.
